Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the tour start date.
  • Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the tour.
  • No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • Force Majeure: Full refund or future credit is offered if the tour is cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, or similar unavoidable circumstances.
  • Operator-initiated cancellations are fully refunded.

Payment Policy

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online transactions.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.
  • All payments are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption for maximum security.
