Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the tour start date.
- Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the tour.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Force Majeure: Full refund or future credit is offered if the tour is cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, or similar unavoidable circumstances.
- Operator-initiated cancellations are fully refunded.
Payment Policy
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online transactions.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.
- All payments are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption for maximum security.
